The second mistake is when Macbeth murdered the two guards, he has left it so that people are beginning to talk about who may have done it and they aren’t convinced that it was the guards that did it. In Act 3 we see an evil butcher by anyone’s standard. Macbeth starts killing for no apparent reason. Macbeth without Lady Macbeths help decides to plot to kill Banquo and Fleance. Macbeth knows that he is nearly succeeding in completely gaining the throne but as he said â€Å"We have scotch’d the snake, not kill’d it;† he knows he has to do more to secure it.
